We were tasked with creating a Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) brand for Agthia Group, a leading F&B company in the UAE. The ask was to develop a brand that resonates with entrepreneurs in the global food and beverage sector and inspires trust in the MENAP’s first CVC.
Strategic
Leveraging Agthia Group’s established credibility, we named the CVC ‘AgthiaVentures’. This approach not only lends Agthia’s established brand reputation into the CVC’s brand reputation, but also helps Agthia gain recognition beyond the MENAP through its new global CVC brand.
The CVC’s brand name is the sole key association we established with the corporate brand. Given its distinct target audience, which differs significantly from that of the corporate brand, it was essential for the CVC brand to have its own unique positioning, values, and personality.
Immersive brand workshops and stakeholder interviews led us to the key characteristics that shape AgthiaVentures’ positioning platform: ability to provide patient capital, a steadfast commitment to fostering innovation, deep commercial expertise, and, most notably, a thorough understanding of the entrepreneurial mindset. As a result, we developed “Forward Together” as the brand essence to capture a spirit of collective success and to reassure entrepreneurs of AgthiaVentures’ commitment.
To resonate with ambitious startups and entrepreneurs, we crafted a dynamic, knowledgeable, and approachable brand personality, which inspires all visual and verbal communication collateral we created for AgthiaVentures.

Agthia Ventures’ brand identity features a crafted wordmark that reflects its focus and commitment and is supported by a vibrant color palette to capture the program’s inspiring spirit and approachable personality.
The distinctive ‘V’ from the identity serves as the foundation for a unique graphic language, amplifying brand recognition across all communication materials.
A cohesive design approach ensures that every visual and verbal communication material reiterates AgthiaVenture’s core brand identity, making it instantly recognisable and impactful.
